My mission is to support women over 40 who are navigating transitions, healing old wounds, or living with chronic illness. I help you reconnect with your authentic self, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into a version of life that reflects your strength, softness, and soul.

My Story
Finding My Calling Amid Challenges
I haven’t always known I’d do this work. My path unfolded through lived experience—navigating trauma, chronic illness, and identity shifts that cracked me open and asked me to start over.
What I discovered along the way is that healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, cyclical, and deeply personal. But it’s also where you find your voice again. Your power. Your purpose.
I work with women over 40 who are in the midst of their own unraveling—those who are ready to reconnect with the truth of who they are and create something beautiful from their pain.
The Milestone That Changed Everything
A turning point came when I created Wisdom of the Natural World: Sacred Bonds with Animals—an oracle deck inspired by my lifelong connection with animals.
Designing that deck wasn’t just a creative project—it was a reclamation of self. Each card became a portal for healing, each message a piece of my truth. I saw firsthand how creating something tangible could mirror your inner journey and move you forward in profound ways.
That experience showed me that creativity is not separate from healing—it is healing. It’s how we make sense of our lives, find meaning in the chaos, and turn our pain into something that serves.
Embracing Coaching & Card Alchemy
That experience unlocked something deeper. I realized this wasn’t just my medicine—it was something I could share. I started helping other women create their own decks, their own sacred tools, their own voice on paper.
At the same time, I stepped into coaching—bringing my background in healing and intuition into spaces where women could feel seen, supported, and activated. This is the birth of what I now call Creative Card Alchemy: the fusion of story, soul, and self-expression through personalized coaching and deck creation.
Coming Home to Purpose
I do this work because I’ve lived the dark nights, the silent chapters, the long unravelings. And I know what’s on the other side.
I’m here to walk beside women as they return to themselves—not polished or perfect, but powerful and whole. This work is my way of saying: your story matters, your voice is sacred, and you are not alone.
