By joining as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Affiliate Program is designed to support you in a way that feels ethical, abundant, and heart-centered, while also protecting both of us with clear expectations and simple guidelines. These Terms & Conditions exist not as rigid rules, but as a container of trust that ensures our collaboration remains aligned, transparent, and beneficial for everyone involved.

✨ 1. Program Overview

The Janet Cook Alchemy Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our digital products using their unique affiliate link. Affiliates can access their link, stats, and promotional resources inside the Affiliate Dashboard.

✨ 2. Eligibility & Approval

  • All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

✨ 3. Commissions

  • Commissions are earned when a referred customer makes a qualifying purchase using your unique affiliate link.
  • Commission rates are listed inside the Affiliate Dashboard and may be updated at any time.
  • Commissions appear as Pending until the refund window for the product has passed.
  • If a refund is issued, the associated commission will be reversed.

✨ 4. Payouts

  • Payouts are made through the payment method listed in your Affiliate Dashboard.
  • You must provide a valid payment email address to receive payouts.
  • Payouts are made once the minimum payout threshold (if any) is met.
  • Payout timing may vary but is usually processed monthly.

✨ 5. Promotions & Acceptable Conduct

Affiliates agree to promote Janet Cook Alchemy products in an ethical and respectful manner.

The following are NOT allowed:

  • Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about our products.
  • Pretending to be Janet Cook Alchemy or implying you are the creator of the products.
  • Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices.
  • Posting affiliate links on coupon or discount websites.
  • Running paid ads using our brand name (“Janet Cook Alchemy,” “Crystal Magic Toolkit,” etc.).
  • Using your own affiliate link to make personal purchases (“self-referrals”).

Affiliates MAY:

  • Share links on social media, blogs, emails, videos, and personal websites.
  • Personalize their promotional content using truthful experiences.
  • Use the swipe copy and graphics provided in the Affiliate Dashboard.

✨ 6. Brand Usage

Affiliates may:

  • Use brand-approved images, graphics, and mockups provided inside the Affiliate Dashboard.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Alter the brand logo or product images in a misleading way.
  • Use our brand name in a manner that implies ownership or partnership.
  • Create derivative products or claim authorship of Janet Cook Alchemy content.

✨ 7. FTC Compliance

Affiliates are required to comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship whenever sharing their link.

Examples of acceptable disclosure:

  • “This is an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission if you choose to purchase.”
  • “As a Janet Cook Alchemy affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”

Disclosure must be:
✔ Visible
✔ Clear
✔ Near the affiliate link

✨ 8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time, including (but not limited to) the following violations:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misleading promotion
  • Chargebacks caused by the affiliate
  • Harmful, abusive, or unethical conduct
  • Violation of any section of this Agreement

Upon termination:

  • Pending commissions may be forfeited
  • Access to promotional materials will be removed

✨ 9. Modifications to the Program

We may update commission rates, terms, product offerings, or policies at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

✨ 10. Limitation of Liability

Janet Cook Alchemy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program. Participation is voluntary and offered “as is.”

✨ 11. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and participating in the Janet Cook Alchemy Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement
  • You agree to comply with all terms
  • Your participation is voluntary
  • Violation of terms may result in suspension or removal
